Raphael Schumann
I am a 2nd year PhD student at Statistical Natural Language Processing Group at Heidelberg University under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Riezler. My work is supported by a Google Focused Research Award and focuses on grounding Natural Language Processing in spatial data and realistic environments.
I obtained my bachelors and masters degree in Computational Linguistics at Heidelberg University. I wrote my masters thesis as a visiting graduate student at the NLP Lab at University of Waterloo. During my masters I interned at IBM in Böblingen, Nuance in Aachen, Bosch in Palo Alto and Nuance in Montréal. For detailed information, see my CV.
